Tal Diekvoss, CPFA

CEO & Founder

Tal has over 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 13 years of leadership experience with a National CPA firm and a prominent Midwest regional CPA firm.

Tal has comprehensive experience and expertise serving corporate clients in the areas of qualified retirement plans and life insurance. He has developed and utilizes two qualitative audit services that provide clients with an independent and objective review of their qualified retirement plans or life insurance. Tal also provides investment advisory services for high net worth individuals, utilizing many of the nation’s independent investment platforms.

Tal has also appeared in and been recognized in several national publications including the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Dow Jones News Services, Investment Dealer Digest, Financial Advisor magazine and Business Finance magazine.

Tal received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is an Investment Advisor Representative and is a Series 7 securities representative.

DIRECTOR - RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES

Tal joined FMG in August of 2020 after beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), one of the largest professional services firms in the world. At PwC, Tal was a manager in the corporate consulting practice, specializing in tax planning for various U.S. multinational corporations based in the Midwest. With FMG, Tal is the Director of Retirement Plan Services. 

Tal is a licensed CPA and completed his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting at Edgewood College. Tal is also a Series 7 securities representative.
